Returns and Cancellations

What is your return policy?

At Lexmark, we want your shopping experience to be as rewarding and productive as possible. However, we recognize that not all purchases work out for one reason or another. We therefore try to make the free return process as simple as possible.

If you buy online or by phone, you are entitled to request a free return within 30 days from the day after the product is delivered to you. Please note that refunds are only issued if the box is unopened, and the product has not been used.

When making a return, you must take reasonable care of the product and send it (and, wherever possible, all packaging and other materials which were provided with the product) to Lexmark within 30 days of the notice of withdrawal. You are not responsible for return shipping costs. However, you will be liable for loss or damage to the product if you do not take reasonable care of it. If you do not return the products to Lexmark within 30 days, Lexmark will be entitled to charge reasonable costs and expenses required to recover the goods.

To ensure a smooth, trouble-free return, we recommend you use the following procedure:

  • Contact Customer Service on 1-800-LEXMARK (539-6275) Option 2 or email to ecomsupportna@lexmark.com obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will need to provide order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.
  • When they give you the RMA, Customer Service will also give you easy instructions and return label.

Please keep in mind:

  • Wherever possible, returns should be sent in their original packaging.
  • We are not able to give product exchanges
  • We only accept returns for product purchased on Lexmark.com

Can I cancel my order?

After an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our fulfilment warehouse for shipment and cannot be cancelled. However, once you receive your order, you may certainly return items as needed. After all, we want you to be happy with your purchase and return again and again.

How do I request a refund?

To obtain a refund for physical product(s) purchased online (that is, excluding downloads, warranties, etc.), please refer to Section4 of our Standard Terms and Conditions for further information. You may also contact a Customer Service agent for help. Software downloads are not accepted for returns.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?

Once the return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued via the credit card used for your original purchase only.
