COUNTRY ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING SPECIALIST
Business Area: Finance
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a working knowledge of the ledger assignment.
- Conduct analysis for Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, monitor trend and fluxes and evaluate accounting implications.
- Assist and engage with Country and/or International Compliance Team on all matters affecting assigned ledgers (i.e. QRP, audit etc.).
- Point of contact for queries to any Accounting and CSSC functional teams, coordinates with relevant parties throughout the statutory audit process and acts as an extension of country controllers.
- Ensure standard policies and procedures are applied and any exceptions are reported to Corporate Accounting or Local Finance.
- Monitors and ensures the performance of month-end closing activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy. Preferably a CPA with 3 years of audit experience.
- Knowledgeable in business software such as SAP.
- Strong personality and has a positive attitude towards work.
- Fluent in oral and written English communication
