REPORTS ANALYST

Job Summary:

The Reports Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate reports to the internal and external customers. He/she must deliver these assigned reports on time and with minimal error. Proactively seeking continuous improvement efforts for the group and for his partners in operations must be evident in his way of work for LEXMARK.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data for reporting purposes directly from a variety of sources, i.e., Siebel, BOXI, SAP, Fleetview, Cisco ICBM Webview and other external sources.
  • Develop spreadsheets, analyze and present results analysis to Management.
  • Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies. Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis and observation.
  • Information sharing – organize share sessions with teams and departments as required.
  • Respond to internal or external inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Generation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly customer reports for both Geo and Worldwide MPS accounts:
    • Data exporting
    • Calculation
    • Formatting
    • Linking
    • Charts generation
    • Validation of account data through analysis and historical data trending.
  • Responsible for researching causes of data fluctuation and any other inconsistencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer report packages for Managed Print Services customers.
  • Effectively communicate with Business Operations, Service Delivery and Customer Operations to gather, validate, follow through for required data and all other functions for escalation.
  • Initiate communication with other functions as needed; clearly delivers business requirements to accountable functions. First level of contact for inquiries and concerns of stakeholders.
  • Ensure metrics attainment of targets for Timeliness, Completion and Quality achievement.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Advanced Excel and PowerBI;

  • Strong knowledge working with database tools like Microsoft Access;
  • Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt is a plus;
  • Project Management Skills;
  • Workforce Management Background is a plus.

Education, Experience and Certification:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree and/or equivalent
  • With at least 1 year relevant work experience
  • Project Management skills is a plus.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt is a plus.
